The NSW Panel works closely with the local division of Engineers Australia & ASME to provide a programme of technical and social events for the joint memberships.
Meetings are generally held on the third Thursday of each month at Engineers Australia Ground Floor Harrick's Auditorium 8, Thomas St Chatswood NSW 2067 at 6.00 for 6.30pm. refreshments are provided in a "get to know you" atmosphere. Parking nearby is free after 6.00pm.
Other meetings are held jointly with branches of EA and other organisations.

This annual competition will be held to judge a select number of young engineer's presentation ability. The aim is to showcase a technical presentation by these young engineers to an audience of their peers.
The judging panel will give points for style, relevance and presentation techniques. The content has a low weighting but must be related to mechanical engineering
