Leicester Young Members Panel

The Leicester Young Members Panel exists to provide a forum for mechanical engineers in the area to meet and construct their own network of contacts from all fields of expertise.

Run by Young Members, for Young Members, our aim is to provide a programme of events throughout the year.  These range from purely social activities to engineering related activities.  Check out the Events section of this website for full listings.

So, if you're a Young Mechanical Engineer, living or working int he Leicestershire Area then we want to hear from you!  Simply come to one of our organised events or contact our Secretary, Hazel Carlin.

Mission Statement

Our mission is to be the natural home for the development of young, professional mechanical engineers in Leicestershire in a fun and pro-active environment.

Furthermore, we aim to continually develop the committee by raising the profile and promoting mechanical engineering throughout the community, by forging links and partnerships with local industry and learned societies.
