Serving the North East of England, particularly the Teesside area, our committee works very hard to recruit new members, help develop networks and support continued professional development.

In the course of the last year, the committee has organised many popular events including visits to Sembcorp’s Wilton 10 Biomass Boiler, a tour of British Energy’s Control Simulator at Hartlepool Power Station and a recent tour of Corus Steel’s BOS plant facility.

Meeting every month at the Parkmore Hotel, Eaglescliffe, the committee meets plan for future events. Newcomers are welcome to attend; perhaps to offer ideas for a future event or even just to listen and meet the team.
